Careers Programme
We are committed to preparing our students for life beyond school.
Our careers programme is designed to empower students to explore a wide range of future pathways; enabling them to make informed decisions, and develop the skills needed for success in further education, training, and employment.
Programme Overview
We work with Morrisby to give our students insights into their strengths and potential, allowing them to explore the careers, subjects and academic/vocational pathways for which they are best suited.
Through Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 4, we provide a structured programme of careers education for our students. Key careers activities include:
- Introduction to careers and goal setting.
- PSHE sessions on aspirations.
- Options guidance for further education, apprenticeship and careers pathways.
- Careers Day talks by professionals from various industries.
- CV writing and interview skills workshops.
- One-to-one mock-interviews for work experience placements.
- Work experience placements for at least a week (arranged by our school work placement partner.)

Get Involved
Our Alumni, parents and local community employers are heavily involved in our careers programme at Brondesbury College. They:
- Come in to deliver talks on Careers Day
- Host work experience placements for students
- And even volunteer as student mentors
